Is there any way I can make forms in bash scripting. Please keep in mind that I am not talking about dialog boxes?

Forms in bash?? Would you elaborate a bit more what kind of forms are you expecting?

The form dialogue displays data entry form which consisting of labels and fields. You can set the field length. An operator can use up/down arrows to move between fields and tab to move between windows.
