Depend for the need if it's small company with medium Data : my recommendation is SQL Server ( SSIS,SSAS and SSRS) it's a litter cheap.
for Big companies with Big Data where client are looking for performance, my recommendation is to use : HANNA or Terra Data or Oracle Database under Linux as Database.
Like ETL : Informatica or SAP Data service
and Reporting : SAP BO,Tableau,......
In my opinion, Sisense and Looker are one of the best BI tools, they are easy to use and can be operated in a company no matter whats its size
It depends upon your needs. For data discovery Tableau is quite good. For enterprise solution, Cognos is a good tool.
