Stress interviews are conducted with the aim of assessing a candidates' reactions & behaviour when put under pressure. There are a number of ways to do it. There could be a panel of members in an interview who will keep shooting questions at you even before you have answered the previous one. Alternately an interviewer can ask you a series of questions in one go & expect you to answer all & interrupt you in between so that you forget part of the questions. Even a very detailed questioning on your capabilities or asking you to react to some difficult situations given could put you under stress.

As a candidate you must be prepared, stay cool & collected & keep up a positive attitude, smile & do not worry too much.
