Being creative, listening to the audience and meeting the needs of your customers, fans etc. 

Being honest also, treating your audience fair - as you want to be treated (putting yourself in the position of your customer) and making them happy, laughing or interested in what you do or write.

Main target is Conversions ,How much queries /Clicks / HASHTAGS / involved
