Dear Mohammad,

For villas, you roughly need 35 labors (20 Electrician + 8 HVAC Technician + 7 Plumbers) to finish one villa in 20 days - Approx you will spend 7000 man.hours on one villa.

For high rise buildings, you will need the above labors but to finish one floor in 15 days. So you will spend 5250 man.hours.

For Precast walls and slabs, they are usually easier to construct and much faster to install. They are amazing structures that can save enormous time in your schedule since these structures are cast at the concrete plant and then brought by a tower crane to the exact location. The problem in using precast is once you provide your embedded MEP services it is difficult to rectify and change them since this is concrete we are talking to about.

Hope this can give some information. If you need further work rates for MEP please don't hesitate to contact me at

For  villas you need maximum 35worker ( 20 electricians, +7 H VAC Technicians and +8 plumbers) to complete the villa in maximum 20 days. You will spend  700 days work man hours. While for precast walls and slabs once it would not be easy to correct a problem since the pipes and cables are already embedded.
