There are lot of training programs which companies conduct to improve skill of employee, whether its manager of an employee. For all big corporate organisation they have a training department who's role is to conduct training programme.

 

For a manager we have conduct following trainning;

3) Time management training

4) In house management training

5) Space management training

6) Employee Relations training

7) Safety and emergency training

8) Customer Service training

 

Training should be conducted periodically by any organisation.

I took a course in relation ot management and managing technology, and managing organization & organization, however of all these courses, managing people is the simplest one, but for well diverse knowledge that goes to theories, and type of different leadership, problem-solving, and all sort other information, managing org & people is the best book so far.

Trainings should be provided only after identifying the required areas where the employee or the manager is found lacking. A specific training focusing on that part should be provided and the level of the training should also be as per the needs not more or less to be effective.

to improve leadership skills of a manager. manager must having proactive attitude and company should empower his manager to give some extra-authorities. a well known saying is with great power comes great responsibility.   manager must be fear less of losing. he must calculated risk not uncalculated risk
