conversion can be achieved by using VMware converter

you can export the machine from your hyper-v after that you will convert it by VMware Vcenter converter stand alone the last step you can open it in your Vspher environment   ---- and if you need convert from Vspher to Hyper-v you can use Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter this kit available in Microsoft web site you can download it.

First Convert vm for Esxi then export vm from Hyper-V and then import the VM into Esxi Server Thanks there is not change for importing or exporting into new version same like previous and dubug quickly then previous.
