Trust is the Foundation of all relationships, thus building a climate of trust is one of the most important things you can do to create a positive work environment. It's a philosophy that should appear on all for you and your employees. Confidence is about implementing what say you do, and be actually knows about you. When you match your words with your behavior reinforces confidence in you. It will take some time for the staff to know someone who respects his word.
