You should be updated by the modern teaching learning process and follow the reputed teaching institutions over UAE.

It depends on where you live, but generally speaking, recruiters are useful if your qualifications are not super special!!

Better to contact schools or colleges directly. But if you couldn't do it then you need to go to recruiting agency.
