What to do in an accidental situation during work, while having no source to rescue or inform concerning people to save men and material?

I will not say it's easy or difficult cause it depends on who supervises. However, I can say it's a challenging job.

Safety of men is prior to save the equipment or material. A supervisor with no resources can try to save his workers by utilizing his will and wisdom in such a critical situation when there is no resources or sources to inform others to help. Now is the point of capability to handle the situation. So, don't be nervous, just try to save your workers as you can. Then you can try to save your material. If you have time to do so, as in this situation time has value.

First i will manage some sources by using local availabilities of any useful things for saving my men because men force is my valuable assets. After this i would try to save my material according to situation with the help of my men force.

first i will try to find any source and put whole effort to overcome the incident,then i will ask for  help after the situation.and probably at the same time,help any casualty while waiting for help from others 

I would try to find any source that would help me either cut off or reduce the effect of the situation, which would not involve in any risk of hampering my life an thus proceed to find a way. 

In any accidental situation ,probably i will think the better possibilities for less casualty & will put my whole effort to overcome the situation , instead of seeking or waiting for others to help.
