If pinging to the ISP , frequently loss in ICMP in a certain time interval what should we want to do?

Link is not stable between you & ISP.

First we check physical connectivity either there is a pressure point in the fiber media. Then we check our internal switching network either there is switching loop in our network or not due to some internal activity in office network.

Depending on the the frequency lost you should either check the connection to ISP

Many various things can cause the frequency lost.

Case 1: Need to check with Modules which is connected with dedicated link

Case 2: Need to verified with an Internal Network any flappings ouccures

1) It may be due to last mile issue with ISP , need to initiate trace and check where drops occuring

2) Ping your gateway and check its normal , if its normal then proceed with ISP

3) If your local gateway itself problem then check your LAN part like cable port of switch 

4) Due to asymmetric route as well drops may occur

5) High bandwidth utilization will lead to packet loss

Need to check the bandwidth utilized during the instance we get packet drops and also check the sh logg commandto check for any interface flaps or sh interface command to check for any errors or degradation in the internet link.

1) Cable issue, replace cable and check with new cable.

2) ISP link not stable..contact ISP

Find out the cable whether it is good or damaged . defintely there would be a link failure

Step1: Need to Check local Bandwith utilization during that particular time period thru MAC address of endusers if its normal then goto step2 

Step2: CPE Router Health check from our end if its normal then goto step3

Step3: Capture Tracert details from CPE to PE Router to analiyze the issue if its normal goto step4

Step4: Checking stability of lastmile conectivity from ISP side.

above said process may help to resolve this issue.
