How do you define success in your job?

Success is an unending process as aim changes after achieving it and we set another and so on.

I think success is a state of mind coming after a successful work done, success changes at every moment of our life. At this moment, if I get job I n a reputed company like yours, then it is the success of that time and it will change frequently.

Success is to get that thing which you want to get in your life, for which you did a too much efforts, for which you spend your valuable time. After getting it you feel like a positive attitude. If you have positive attitude it is achievement for you or otherwise it is luck without efforts.

In other words, the object of success changes constantly but what remains constant is the underlying theme. In that regard, success is doing the best I can to achieve the best results I can in any task I undertake. 

I defined success in just one word that is "SATISFACTION"  in all senses..if you are satisfied after doing your job that is success OR the people relate to your job is satisfied with you is success..

When you really feel like and want to go to work on a Monday morning instead of having another day added to your weekend, it means you are on track to success and are at a right place.

 1.     Success means achievement of expected output or goal

3.     Success means strength of Teamwork and further strengthening of Team

4.     Success means you and your team will be in the good look of Top Management

5.     Success means you and your team is able to face challenges in future

I guess everyone has a different definition for success in their job field. In the retail world,success is when the customer walks out of the shop happy with the service and product. I feel satisfied with my job because I would have accomplished my daily mission.
