What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs on how best to start?

1- you must learn from his / her managers .

2- you must change from his / her character to be unique in his/ her work.

3- you must be oriented & more organized.

Be patient nothing come easily .

1. Know your product and services better
2. Know your target customers and related demographics
3. Know what is happening within your market
4. Have a business plan, strategy and tactics in place
5. Apply growth hacking when faced with financial difficulties
6. Ask for help when needed through forums like this one
7. Learn to interpret data and how to make good use of such data

There is no doubt that young ambitious and has interesting ideas and I personally advise him as follows:Enter competitions it shows astronauts promising business of young people, but that the knowledge of the principles public any action urges the researcher to increase the culture which is conducive to business local entrusted with the work on the compatibility between the business and professional life management --- to increase young people are the features of the landscape for the future of public and private work - the work is not Rated profit

first you have to focus on the value of your product (is your product compete in price or quality or cant be replaced or new use) secondly if your company newly start , invest in leaders the 2nd level manager is every thing , and make every thing documented and systematic to give you the ability to control and monitor , and build the culture

Plan your cash-flow to be sure you wont be out of cash. It's the most common problem for every entrepreneur who failed.

dont follow the money but pursue the dream.

Be careful, patient and cover risk

In brief my advice is as follows:

1.    Scan the economic and business environment

2.    Propose several options for investment opportunities which you like best and you have interest.

3.    Assess the risk factors for different options and the strategies required to manage the risk.

4.    Make a capital budgeting and see which is the best alternative financially.

 

5.    Now refine  the selected alternative and move on 

Focus on 4 W's What, When, Where, Whom (What product or services you want to sell, When to start your business, Where to market, Whom "your target customer") Or 4 P's Product, place, price, promotion 

Even if you fail the first time or obstacles gets in your way always remember you can do it as long as you are passionate about it!

You can always do better than you think. Even after subsequent failures, never ever give up because that way you learn and can do more. Think, analyse and do. Follow your intuition.
