Definitely mirorless, especially in my field (Fashion photography, shootings) when no need to fast shutter speeds or fast reactivity, they're perfect, their quality exceeds DSLR's, and they're lighter, and the "cerise sur le gateau" the shutter speed synchronisation with the flash is free, no need to lower it to 1/200sec, you can shoot on flash even at 1/1000

Yes i would like to experience that since i saw the quality of Sony A7 RII. But still i will keep a DSLR also as secondary camera.

Mirrorless: Smaller. Electronic viewfinder which is very good in low light shots. Battery life is a huge issue. Most doesmt have optical viewfinder lens selection is limited. DSLR: Optical viewfinder without any lag ,extermly important in sports and wildlife photography. Sensor is protected most of the times when shooting stills camera more rugged battery life is way bigger ,more lens available. No digital viewfinder "u wont expect what u would get before shooting", mostly no sensor stabilization, heavyamd big
