What is unfair competition and how does it practice? In which sectors is it focusing on most? What should we do to protect our interests?

Well,

Competition still exist when manager\\leader does not unit his team and share the organization objective\\s with the team , why ; because everyone inside the organization want to satisfy ((BOSS)) while they should achieve the goal\\s which it come from objective.

Unfair competition happen when someone inside the organization do something that should you do and manager\\leader encourage\\commission him\\her .here leader broke the roles , broke his\\her employee , and create unfair competition.

Where you find it , in productive departments (Sales,Marketing,Production,PR) and less in other departments.

We need to protect ourselves:

• Do our job perfectly.
• Do not delay our tasks to other day.
• Ask others about new  (if we are in employees line).
• Avoid competitor employee , who used to destroy others.  

But this is not a solutions , if we need to solve , we need a skilled , trained , cultured manager\\leader. who build strong team and share objectives , unite his\\her team , and learn them how to achieve goals together not individually.
