Financial Management is how company is managing is funds and Financial Analysis is used to analyze the profitability / Stability of the company .

Financial is the application of the general management principles in the area of  financial decision-making, e.g investment of funds, financing various activities and disposal of  profits. Financial management is  the art of planning, organising directing and controlling of the procurement and utilization of the funds and safe disposal of profits to the end that individual, organisational and social objectives are achieved.

Financial analysis is the selection , evaluation and interpretation of financial, data along with other important information, to assist in investment and financial decision- making. Financial analysis may be used internally to evaluate issues such as the efficiency of operations and externally to evaluate potential investment etc

Financial analyst is just down the chain and financial manager is further up the chain. Financial analyst reports to a financial manager.
