Check your Magento website in below website.

It will display you all patches which need to install in website. GOTO Magento website download Security patch and install in website. There are two methods of installation 

 

1- Via FTP

2- Via SSH

 

you can use any method. But you need take your backups of Files and Database before applying patches.
