As always, things are not simple as that. When you juice a fruit, fibers are left out and instead of complex in your system enters simple carbohydrate, your energy goes up quickly, but as same it is going down. A lot of simple carbs in the system can lead to increased insulin level. For normal person, that is bad. On the other side, if you are working out at high intensity level, juice full of quick energy is perfect solution to replenish lost glycogen from your system. I would mix all the time. Sometimes whole fruit, sometimes juiced.

Eat fruits and vegetable as a whole is better for our health ,as most of vitamins ,minerals and fiber are in the skin .. so when you eat them as whole u can get all the benefits within less calories. but gor sure you can also dronk fruit and vegetable juices but you not get the same amount of vitamins, minerals and fiber. and pay attention to calories
