LibriVox.org is a great website in my opinion. It doesn't offer lessons, but it has a huge variety of audio books. Next time you want to read a book, try listening to the audio version while reading it. It will help with pronunciation. You can also help others by uploading your own reading of a book or a novel.

Unfortunately I can not mention sites; the issue is outside my concern, and I believe in creating my own audio lessons and present them for the students in the class. That was what I was doing; now I'm not working as a teacher.

The best I know is RosettaStone.com, but that may be a paid service. They have all types of (audio and visual) materials for all ages, and in different world languages!

YouTube is a good way to learn beginner's English. Or you could go to ask.com and search English learning websites.
