If the employees are given the opportunity to be involved in the resolution of problems, it gives them the sense of belongingness and importance, which eventually gives a natural feeling to be more competitive and more committed to the role. The manager also strengthen the team by encouraging the employee to be a team player in achieving the goal which is to resolve the problem.

If a manager is keeping follow up strategic with every one employee then automatically every problem should be highlighted at initiative level and it's solved by manager on the sport time so that's mean a manager's team is going to right direct to achieving organization's goals / objectives.

thanks
