How do you resolve a conflicting report or data issue as a project manager when it is been published and you only get to find out after then?

First of all we have to report the issue
Then proper resolving group has to be contacted to resolve the issue
Meanwhile proper follow ups+updates has to be sent from our side
As a manager he have to find out the root cause of the issue so that we can stop happening it again

-Examining the conflict nature and calculating the impact on the business, prioritizing the issue accordingly.

- finding out the Root cause of the issue

- proper steps to implement the change or correction

- reporting it to respective people

best way is to bluff, make joke that this is wrong deliberately, only to see reaction.

in bussiness u must bluff. and always your mistake or employers mistakes say with joke, . people accept like deliberately
