Sorry this will be long, but could not make it more abstract, the following will explain how to build a business model.

Start by analysing the idea, an idea is a need that needs to be filled by a solution.

Start building an abstract business model; defining in it the need and value proposition(s) of the idea, to do that you shall have a clear vision and clear definition for the need, why am i doing this? what is shall help me in?? what is else i can add to it to become more helpful?

Build your targeted segments profile; whom are the people that i am targeting? it could be grouped by their age, gender, education level, accommodation area, etc. what is the best way to reach them?? what features and which designs are more preferable to them (how to make them love my solution).

What does achieving those value proposition require?  resources, specialists, offices, etc.

Whom interested in investing in my project, and can provide me with all my needs?? where to go to get the right financial support; NGO's, local community services, etc.

And finally since now we are talking money, you will need to calculate the expenses and revenues to convince the investors.
