If you work in refugees camp and faced two cases in the same day , # 1 , child lost his\\her parents during the war #2 , woman at risk has not husband and has three children without money and income , what is the priority here ?

2 the woman and her 3 children will have the priority.

both cases are important but periority fof the Child 

Could they both be seen in the same day? Are you a lone worker if no then both would receive priority. 

If only one case could be seen the lone child would likely take priority given the lack of care giver/responsible adult present. 

both cases are are very important but the second option should be the priority

The lone child should be given priority as he/she has no one to care for him/her.

The widow with three children is next in priority,relatively and woulod need support with employment and/or childcare.

Both are priorities because they are facing the same destiny (destiny of slowly death) but in different ways.

Work as both case are important and please do not compromise the children life at the expense of the woman and his three chidren.

Both cases deserve to live a happy life.

The child who lost the parents is the 1st priority  as it is an emotional need , the other is a physical need which can take the 2nd priority

All cases in refugee camps are important, child without his/ her parents is an emergency and gets priority. However it must be kept in mind that all cases must be dealt promptly and no refugee should feel ignored at any time

Cause # 1, the two kids have now support then now chance to survive.

In refugees crisis , everything in field is emergency cases , but always we should start with vulnerable groups , i.e ( children  , disabilities , women at risk , ....)
