What can Project Managers do to run the projects in detrimental financial situations (Financial crisis in the region & outstanding payments)?

 

                               In order to run the projects during any bad financial situation , first of all we should find how to control the project costs and expenses , cost control , collect a much better prices from the suppliers , control the collection department , if the crisis take a long time we should apply the shifts rule for the staff in order to illuminate the internal expenses , find a good solutions for the short term payments ( Like bonus ) extra benefits for more sales etc...

Stick to the time and other resources schedule

Project Managers should aim to cut / control costs by tightly monitoring project schedule and resources and by differing non-essential expenditures.
