According to my experience of real estate market in Dubai for over7 years, i would rate the property portals for buying. renting and selling as follows:

1st) Dubizzle

2nd) Property Finder

3rd) Bayut

Dubizzle is one of the most common real estate websites. At any sinhle point, a quick search will lead to further options, and reviews for thise sites offering such services.

Rather than search on a specific website, having an aggregate site with several options would be better. As of such, I'd recommend dubai properties. ae .

You can not rely only in one of them, you need a combination of some of websites

Dubizzle: most of the properties advertised are fake. But it is a reliable thermometer of the price trend

Prepertyfinder: it is expensive and overpriced. We can follow the trend

Land department: number of transactions, new projects and release time, price calculator to see the price trend (underpriced)

Any real state company: they offer what kind of house and areas available in their portfolio. They are not reliable%

Again only a combination of websites can give us reliable information

Some times it is better to buy directly from the developer

there are situations that the real estate company is good but the owner is the problem making it seem like is the real estate agency

 

to look up any company just do this  on google search "Company name Reviews" you will see what others are saying about that company then you decide.

There are numerous real estate websites in Dubai e.g  bayut.com , dubizzle.com , propertyfinder.ae etc. Although the websites themselves are easy to use but sometimes the content that the brokers load is objectionable. Your best bet is to find a good broker who understands your requirements and needs.
