At first, it is important to get a good idea of the project, to research and consult in order to get the necessary information.

Technical & good interpersonal skills are also important.

In preparing the project, tasks must be organized, the time frame must be set clearly to all team members in order to monitor the progress as the project moves forward and making tweaks to ensure that everything stays on track. It means that resources must be made available on time. On the one hand, tasks must be delegated to individuals to complete. If required, coaching or organizing training may be offered. Technical aspects must be monitored and work balanced appropriately.

Excellent communication skills are required.

There must be a sense for risk management in order to minimize things that can go wrong and ability to discuss with team members as to find the right solutions. Any delay is costly.

Project expenses and budget must be calculated and supervised,

Good team management and value the project experience of team members for a positive working environment (motivation, leadership, coaching, inspiring others as leader, equipment, skills etc.).

Flexibility is necessary as project may need adjustment on the way. Therefore if things do not go as planned, changing the approach may provide better results.

A project is team work in a positive and constructive team spirit.
