Selectivity is one of the major specifications of any radio receiver for whatever application. Receiver sensitivity or RF sensitivity is one of the key specifications of any radio receiver whether it is used for Wi-Fi, cellular telecommunications broadcast or any other form of wireless communications .

(Frequency) Selectivity describes the attenuation (decrease in db) of a specific frequency of test signal within the extremes of the passband. While (uV) sensitivity is usually the microvolts reading that produces a specific signal to noise ratio e.g. 12 dB SINAD for narrow-band FM

Selectivity (electronic) Selectivity is a measure of the performance of a radio receiver to respond only to the radio signal it is tuned to (such as a radio station) and reject other signals nearby in frequency, such as another broadcast on an adjacent channel.

Selectivity is the capacity of a RF filter tune up a given frequency.

Sensitivy is the minimum RF level capable to activate the receptor of any equipment.

It's a one ward question,

Reciever selectivity normally refers to capability of wireless receiver's to detect and decode desired signal in the presence of other unwanted interfering signals. In the other way, selectivity of the receiver means how well a receiver performs in the presence of other unwanted co-channel and adjacent channel interfering signals whereas receiver sensitivity is the smallest possible signal power level at the input of a receiver which assures proper functioning of a wireless receiver i.e. it will decode data correctly. This wireless receiver can be receiver part of a mobile phone, base station or any wireless standard compliant device such as WLAN, zigbee, Bluetooth etc.
