Obviously this is because of the Excel Limitations but still this vlookup function is very useful, indeed.

إذا عندك عمودين في صفحة1 عمود ارقام وعمود احرف وفي الصفحة الثانية عندك فقط عمود الاول وهو الارقام تقوم بالربط فتجعل الاحرف بالصفحة الاول تنسخ بالثانية
I use VLOOKUP mainly to match data, for example in a data entry sheet. It can easily find the name of a city beloning to an entered postal code, or a series of employee details while entering an employee number.
VLOOKUP has its limits. The2 major limits are the need of unique values and a search only on the1st column of the table array.
But with some clever table formatting you can even create a reverse search, or a search on combined values. I sometimes had to do that when the1st search value had duplicates.

تحتوي الدالتان VLOOKUP وHLOOKUP على وسيطة تسمى range_lookup والتي تتيح لك إمكانية العثور على تطابق تام لقيمة البحث دون فرز جدول البحث. ملاحظة لا يلزم فرز جدول البحث إذا كنت تستخدم الوسيطة range_lookup بشكلٍ صحيح.
