There should be more consideration given to someone who wants to put himself out there and get going. There's so much of talent being untapped because nobody wants to hire a fresher.
I understand that starting something will always be difficult. There's no easy way and everything starts from scratch no matter how good you are as a professional as a beginner. Just do what you need to do and if you believe that you've done your part well enough then the right job will find you. I am a fresher as well and I can't deny that it's frustrating.
