After how many years of experience, it's recommended to begin attending courses to develop your skills EFFECTIVELY? I think 10 is good.

Depends on the start up, If your start up job was satisfying your dreams, Don't waste your time and start supporting your practice with courses, this will save time and effort on the long run.

If you feel that you have not yet landed the suitable place, Don't start the courses immediately, but keep supporting yourself with reading on the same topic until you catch the satisfying job.

BUT years is a very long time, by then you will lose your capabilities to sit to study and learn.
