A well-communicated company goal on the ERP implementation is the key factor. As if it is dessiminated well in the entire organisation wherein proper training has been provided to all process owners, super users, key users, business heads and all bugs has been addressed/fixed during the User Accepatance Trainings before you Go Live with the implementation, it will be more easier for the ERP Specialists and the Consultants to attend to any issues that may arise later on. I think the implementation will then be a successful one.
