Queries are as follows:

 

1. Education & Experience (to assess whether the candidate suits the requirement)

2. Reasons for shifting from current assignment and how the new assignment will benefit the candidate.

3. How the employee can be helpful to the new organization he is joining.

4. How the new role will help the candidate to achieve his career/personal goals.

5. Strengths and Weakness of the candidate. In what way the candidate is going to overcome his weaknesses.

6. Efficiency (capability to complete a given task in stipulated time)

7. Flexibility (open to do more whenever required)

8. Willingness to learn new things/techniques/tools.

9. Open to impart knowledge to build a strong and capable team.
