I went for 1 week on emergency after 7 months of service. Is it possible to get these leave days to be adjusted / deducted from my annual leave ?

When you join a company from the date of joining you start accuring leave every month which you can avail after the completion of your probation period i.e if you are on 22 working days a year i.e 1.833 days after completion of 7 months you can avail 12.833 days 

Emergency leave is usually deducted from your annual leave

No, as still you are not entitled for annual leave which is applicable only after completion of your months of services.

Yes, These leaves can be adjusted \\ deducted from your annual leave. Actually it depends upon the management HR POLICIES,  but there is a possibility to convince them and it is no where mentioned in the UAE law either to deduct or to be adjusted.
