IT DEPEND ON the team leader and the response of the players, it means how to be adapt as team player and how to lead and manage as leader, cohesiveness is the key to work hard and increase your development .

Yes it could be even they are different nationality..coz if you create a team it's only one goal to achieve to give the best result..

This would be great since you will get to know who the leaders in the group are, you will get to know who the foot soldiers are  and also be able to come up with an improved work plan because of the conflicts that will arise making you as a managr to identify the gaps created as a result and fix them for greater results from the staff members
