not totally to work with but to get in touch with..because i believe that as a region coordinator you have to get involve in any department

More apropriate than "easy", I would say "familiar/colloquial", mainly because a region coordinator deals with activities/decisions that are related to marketing and PR; however, the main activitie of an coordonatar is to supervise not to concive or to interact with the market.

i do not think so, you have to start from the junior level as an assistant then you will get promoted
