1- Body Language

If they’re giving you eye contact and smiling it probably means that what you’re saying is interesting them rather than boring them to death!

2- The interviewer acts interested (sits up straight), polite, listens carefully, asks good questions and the discussion goes smoothly.

3- The job interview lasts more than the scheduled time. Say – more than minutes.

4- The Interviewer Asks For Your Availability

5- The interviewer asks for your references.

6- The interviewer asks about your availability

7-Your salary expectations are asked and discussed.

8- They say that they are going to call you soon.

9-. You can read in the interviewer’s eyes that he or she really liked your answers

- The interviewer smiles when shaking your hand and gives you his business card telling you to call his cell phone concerning any question all these are great indicator that you are the best candidate.

First of all look at the body language of the interviewer. As the interview progressed, you will notice a change from neutral to positive body language. Secondly the interview will last longer with more difficult questions & those directly related to the company being asked. He will also ask you about your expectations and whether you do not mind being relocated or given some other related job profile. In case of some companies he may indicate that you will meet the head of department. Which is just a formality.
