Between high salary and job satisfaction, which one would you choose?

as for me , i will go with the job satisfaction.

 

I would have to say choose the higher salary (we would all do this) and then try to find ways to be satisfied with my job.

Personally would prefer job satisfaction, once satisfied with the job there would be no barriers to grow in the same field leading to financial satisfaction as well.

Purely depends upon the financial health and the mindset of an Individual. Thanks.
