I have strong interest in recycling, waste and environmental management, How can I get international affiliates?

Good day, I have strong interest in recycling, I have a well grounded plan for it, but one thing I really need now is an international affiliate. I don't know how to go about it.

I have come to realize, that there are some eye openers, and attractions to recycling, one is to be creative with recyclables, say making a house with recyclables, as well as other artifacts, but skillfully creating this is a problem, don't know if you have any help on this.

Also i would be glad if I am introduced to associations that has to do with waste managements, environmental managements as well as other good stuffs that would help me in achieving my recycling dream. I am indeed passionate about it.I anticipate a  good response.

Thanks.

The industry of recycling is geographically vast and yet in small company numbers.  It concerns various fields as all products are made with different materials.

Some products will be re-used as such, like second hand clothing, others need to be transformed.  All will need assessment, sorting and specific market for resell or give away, prior to hit simple "waste" (which dead-end all "Collecting" recycling companies want to avoid having to pay for it).

To do this you need to reach out to the industries specialised in each field.

I recommend you to contact the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR), or "SMART" for textile in the US based zone.  The first Bureau will provide you a list of professionals you can start up with.

Good luck and Happy new year!
