Regular check up, monitoring their CD4 count, Regular Physical Examination that include checking the blood pressure and body weight. CD4 count is the number tools for monitoring PLWHA. decrease in CD4 count from the previous count signifies poor adherence to HAART and also shows that the person have high risk of acquiring opportunistic infection that might be threat to his or her life. On the other hand, increase in C4 count shows a positive indicator that the person is doing well with the HAART and have a greater chance to stay Healthy and Strong with no disease and complications
