Thanks for the Invite,

Well I do agree that Knowledge is the basic component.

Knowing what to do is the essential element in every startup. Once you know it, you will get the money and time to do it. As in startup's its good to have an experienced adviser if you think you lack the experience it requires.

I think we will not proceed to start any business and can have progress in it with out the respective business knowledge. Therefore I feel the lack of knowledge is the right answer for this question. Thanks.

Thank you for the invite. I believe, In any new start ups, the most difficult thing to manage is money and knowledge. In the initial stages of any business there are more investments to be done like advertising, marketing, promotions etc. This can be done only by spending money or in other words investments.. Knowledge is the second most important element because all these investments done in the initial stages need to be invested at the right thing and time. Thanks

A very good question. However, the answer cant be so easily straightforward.  Each factor (money, time experience) will have a different impact on each entrepreneur. Depending on how well you have prepared  your feasibility study and how thoroughly you have conducted your market search.

For example,  if you haven`t carefully analyzed  your start up costs/expenses, or if you neglected your cash flow projection, defiantly you are going to face a problem with your cash "MONEY".  On the other hand, if you underestimated certain activities or operations and you thought that you can handle it by yourself and later on you discovered that you can't, then a lack of "EXPERIENCE" will be your problem.

To summarize, all the factors are a potential threat to any entrepreneur, depending on each one condition and circumstances. That's why it's really important to pay an equal attention to each factor before going into business.

Good luck

According to me, if you have a lack of knowledge in the initial stage of start-up with little know-how, it would be much difficult to handle the business. The other components came later to this.

I vote for Knowledge; not the technical knowledge, but the market and potential customers knowledge. in addition to hard work.

Regardless how smart your idea is and what needs it fills, if it's not analysed correctly (targeting the right customers at right places) and you didn't know what do you competitors serve, how did similar startups failed, you will face many difficulties of all levels such: Designing, Developing, Marketing.

My point, pre-sales or pre-anything usually make you avoid so many troubles later, and the failing cost in early stages of any project is always less than failing while launching for example.

It is  very basic concept in any new business whether is was software or product line.

Lack of time is usually the most difficult to handle, since experience comes with challenges, skills can be learned, money can be loaned, but when dealing with entrepreneurship sector time is of the essence, otherwise your idea tomorrow may not be as profitable and/or useful as today

Thank you for invite. All things is important but in my opinion I think is time & knowledge then experience. The money is important but is more business started without money. If you have time and knowledge you can do any thing.
