Strong customer relationship building follows steps

1. Identification of the needs of the customer

2. Confirming the needs identification by having a conversation with the customer

3. Presenting a general solution to the customer

4. If the customer is satisfied with the solution then make him happy with that solution

5. If the customer needs some changes then present him a customized solution.

6. After delivering service to the customer learn feedback from him.

 

The below points help to build strong customer relationship:

1. Meet and greet customer on every occasion,

2. Resolve customer issue and assure prompt service at every time 

3. Pay attention / respect when he calls or visit your place

4. Explain him the work carried out on his vehicle before asking payments
