Yes at different occasions , these become two conflicting objectives and hard to achieve both at the same time.

Yes... Ofcourse... Its a very hard task to saving and improve supply chain efficiency...

Savings are always available if you are a good negotiator, you can always save even a small amount from each case but at the end of the year will be beneficial.
