Patience.

I work as CRM manager and I deal every day with angry, unappreciative and rude customers on a daily basis. I just take a deep breath and suffle a no-pleasant thread (if possible) to a later time.

I have been working as a Co ordinator for the past six years and face high ranked militants of different countries every now and then. Where softness gives your tone a pleasant body one definitely needs fluency to get the message across. And I agree patience is the main key.
