There are many types of microscopes 

 

 1st: the ordinary microscope, it is used in routine work as making blood film 

 

2nd: the electronic microscope which has large magnitude power to see minute structure as cell wall  and  bacterial structure and so on. so it is present in research unite

 

3rd: the light microscope which work by sun light as a source of light and it is an old fashion
