My rivet architecture 2013 is showing error after loading and the program closes immediately after loading. Can you help me?

I am using windows7 with uptodate every service packs.

Sir Please close all project in Revit and go to Options in Revit, Select Graphics  and turn off " use Hardware acceleration Mode " . then open the project
