It may be that some layers are set to no plot. From modelspace launch the layer manager. Under the layer properties theres a column for no plot - check that the layers aren't set to no plot. If that doesn't work change to paperspace. From paperspace double-click the viewport (press tab to cycle between vieports) and launch the layer dialog and check for the same. It may also be that the xref is on layer defpoints - this layer doesn't plot

The problem I am referring to was...  our intern tried to plot in ANSI an ISO drawing ...

At the time we had our partner company visiting and I asked their engineer in what file size it been drawn (ISO OR ANSI).....

At that point I selected instead of an E drawing an A0 ... layed the plot window and send it to our plotter.

Problem been solved...

The point is check where your drawing is coming (country drawing in ANSI or ISO) and go with the easiest solution first before you get into details ... saves you a lot of time ...

Countries like Europe, Australia and most cases Canada will use ISO

I have seen to about% in the US,  ANSI setups for drawing files...
