This was the worst visual ad I saw in my life:
As you can see a doctor who has experience in more than five specialties at the same time ..This is impossible and Very dangerous for patients.
and this was the worst announcement I see in the newspaper.

There are so many.But remember if you can recall a bad advertisement IT HAS DONE ITS JOB.
As per my views its very tough to answer this question, as i personally think & believe no advertisiment which is legally correct is bad.
We cansider it bad or worst because we at our own sometimes fails to understand the message being given by the advertisement and we call that advt as worst or not so good. This may happen because of "X" number of reason associated with it for ex. place location, socio-economic conditions & so on.
Time of launch of on advertisement also play an important role for its sucess.
