I started my career with a finance & accounts job, did well but I was not having the satisfaction, unable to focus on various statements, vouchers and trial balance and then work out on my personality and traits, liking and disliking. In short, I did SWOT analysis and then took admission in university did Master’s with major in Human Resources around6 years back and then Alhamdulillah doing superb job, I am into people oriented with passion for knowledge & learning and through this profession I keep on adding the value, via division orientation, interview sessions with technical heads, feedback dialogues, TNA’s and job analysis. Always a new thing to learn and even so I feel much confident to move in to business development and marketing due to this profession.
We must give a2nd thought while deciding our profession, as it is said, when you love your job then you don’t do the job it’s your love.
Top HR position is the right and appropriate for my career. Since I have better knowledge and skill in HR which will help me in discharging my duties efficiently. Besides, organization will be benefitted with my service.
