coming from a marketing and sales background i would see my self as an added value, i work for success and prosperity of my coleagues and company.

i can't survive on routine ,i always try to invent and innovate processes,i do make mistakes more than other through the process,but results are measurable.

employees are individual parts of a body(the organisation) which must function together for the body to live(company to suceed). with this as my basic knowledge for corlaboration,i therefor see myself and other employees as a unitary component that needs to function together for the companys progress and and existence
