if you want to be good dealing with change you should be flexible with your work and abilities you should learn how to adapte with a new difficult things , when ever you faced with a change you should put extra effort to make the change a smooth transition " analyze the situation and always try to find ways " you can then contribute to the change in the positive way . I think also good anticipating change by being attentive and observant .

Today business environment is dynamic and change is inevitable for sustainability of organizations.  So at all levels in the management, the manager should be capable of managing change.  the unfreeze - move -refreeze model is the key.  while managing change lot of capabilities of the manager is put to test - the communication skills, persuation skills, negoitiation skills, dealing with resistence and so on.  

now as employees people need to understand that the present day business model will continue to be ever changing so as to keep the organization at a strategically advantageous position in the ever changing environment.  so adaptability to change must also be a quality that recruiters must look for in prospective employees.
